Springtime Is All Ofur My Tree!
I gots to go to the outtadoors yesterday. It wuz nice. Daddy took pitchurs and Mommy held me. The noizes kinda skairt me but I used all my braves becuz I am a mancat and I wantid to be whare my peeple were dooing things in our yard.

I reely wantid to git a good look at my tree. It's called a Bradford Pare. Sum peeple also call them Callery Pares.
Get me closer Mommy, I gotsta give these flowers a sniff...sumthing smells like sumthing I like.

Yes, it duz smell fishy. But this tree is not fur eetin. It is whut thay call ornah mentill.
Even tho it is called a pare tree, it duzzint grow reel pares, just hard nobbie things that birdies eet in the fall. When a tree is ornah mentill that meens it izzint good fur innything ixcept beeing pritty. Our tree has a pritty shape and turns lotsa colors in the fall.
When the springtime comes the tree gits lots and lots of fluffy wite flowers. I think thay are pritty. But the bad thing is, thay don't last fur long. So it's a good thing I came outside today to appresheeate its byooty and fragranse beforr thay go away.

The wind is blowing hard and howling thru the top of the tree. It makes the wite pedduls fly around. It almost looks like snow. Pritty.

I want to git a bedder look. Boost me higher Mommy. Higher!
Evry yeer the tree gits bedder. When it wuz a baby tree it wus thin and tall and almost died once. But it's bin heer twice as long as me and it's pritty purrfeckt now. Me and the tree haff sumthing else in common...
We're both natives of the far east. My origins are with the Siamese and this tree's origins are in Korea and China. Do yoo think I make these flowers look good?
I hope yoo haff enjoyed my tree!

We like yoor pare tree...and yoo do make it look good!

That tree has surely grown from when
Grammy first saw it. You have a nice back yard to look at, and, you look very good in it.

Your site is very interesting and very creative. Though I never wanted to have a cat, your blog made me think a bit differently ) Like in that movie "cats and dogs" (downloaded it yesterday from http://www.rapidsharemix.com )

If you are going to plant flowers and not grow them from seeds, then look at a product called Preen. It is a granular product that you sprinkle on the soil which prevents weeds from growing.

There are also black flowers. There are cultivated flowers such as tulips and pansies that are black. Many wildflowers have black in them.
