Reely I diddint. Yoo mite rememburr a few months ago when me and Echo gots flee joose on our neks. Well, when we had da fleez I eeted one. Sumtimes when kittehs eet fleez its like diving into a bocks of craker jax. I gots a bonus purrize.
Tapewurms.
The other nite Mommy saw sumthing on my bum that wuzzint suppost to be thare so Daddy held me tite wile Mommy grabbd it. It wuz wite and littel like a grane of rice. Mommy made eww eww eww noyziz cuz it wuz wriggly and then she put sope and water on her hands for a long long time. She tole me and Daddy that it wuz part of a tapewurm. Dr. Bobo had tole her to be on the lookout for them.
Latur Mommy sang me a weerd song. "The wurms krawl in the wurms krawl out the wurms play peenuckle on yur snout". And heer I thot the wurms were playin on my bum. Not my snout. And snout izzint a verry nice wurd for such a pretty nose as mine.
But it gits wurse.
Echo keeps calling me "wurmy gurl". Over and over again he chases me round the house sayin "wurmy gurl wurmy gurl Tenny is a wurmy gurl". I whappt him good. Stoopid meezer prolly haz the wurms too cuz he's always trying to groom my bum. I bet he ate one of the wurms. But even if he diddint it duzzint madder.
In da morning Mommy is gitting sum pills from Dr. Bobo to git rid of da wurms. Daddy sez I'm not going to like taking them, but thare shood only be four of them. But heer is the best part. Only two of them are for me. The other two are for Echo. Dat makes the Tenny gurl smile...
That is the sort of thing that would happen at my house. How very tiresome...

Oh, man, I'm sorry about your worms. Can you feel them wiggling inside? That would be very distracting, I think. I'm even sorrier you have to take pills, because that really blows. But it's nice to share the misery, when I had to take pills a lot I wish I coulda made Buddah take them too.

Ooh that is not nice. We are giving worm treatment to Mitzi, coz she has a fat tummy and it could be worms, and it is an injection thing in the neck!

Oh, Tenny, you look GORGEOUS in that photo! Sometimes werms happen. Tapeworms are not too bad, as far as werms go.
Want to hear something yucky? My Mommie said, at the shelter, a few times she has seen a cat with a tapewerm OVER 3 FEET LONG coming out of a cat's bottom! Luckily, usually just the little rice-like parts come out.

oh Tenny, that stinks. This very thing happened to me. My original VET said indoor only kitties don't need flea treatments...well guess what...we do!
i'm glad mommy didn't sing that song to me although she did "eeeeeeeew" at me a lot. perhaps you can leave soem ove them on your mommy's pillow?
Mr. Echo, be nice to your sister (wow, did I just say that?). It could easily happen to any of us.
