Mancat Monday: My Unkle Harrison!

Introdoosing Harrison!


 

This smiling mancat is my uncle.  Sure he's good lookin, but he's also very lucky.



Yoo see, Harrison adoptid himself one of the best humans I know.  My Grammy.  Thay live together in Sun City Airizona. 

Harrison wuz one of 8 boys in a litter who wuz all named for prezidints.  He's a yeer and a haff old.



Ours Grammy has bin thinking of being adoptid by a kitty for a long time.  When she stayed heer with us to help take care of Mommy she spoiled me and Tenny rotten.  We spoiled her too and tot her a lot about being around kitties.   When she went home to Airizona not only did she miss us, but she wuz lonely and misst the kumpnee of a furry purry furrend.



At the same time Harrison needed a two legged food lady of his own.  He'd bin in and out of a few homes and wuzzint reel happy bout that.  Understandabull.  But he wuz lucky to be with a no kill groop who kept telling him to hang in thare and thay wood find him a furever home.  One day thay took him to Petsmart.  And that wuz tha day our other Unkul, Unkul Ross, stopped in.   Unkul Ross haz always liked Maine Coon kitties so when he saw Harrison he called Grammy and sed "Come see this hansum boy!"  It wuzzint long beforr she wuz taking him home and treeting him like the king of the cassle.

But when he got home, he wuz skairt and hid.  A lot.



Harrison  diddint want to git too attached to Grammy cuz he worried she wood take him bak to the Petsmart like other humins had done.  But Grammy kept lovin on him and talkin nice to him and spoiling him and letting him know this wuz his home.  It took a wile, but he finely let down his gard.



Harrison has now claimed the house and Grammy for his very own.  Unkle Harrison is a feerse fether player and helps Grammy with her papurs and emales.  He teechis Grammy dance mooves by grabbing her toes when she walks by.  Grammy sez he is a wonderful kitty son and haz filled a big hole in her life with purrs.



I know exactly how happy Harrison is becuz he's got himself one fine Mommy to love on him furever.  He gits Greenies in the morning and Temptayshuns evry nite.
