Finally Friday: We Might Be MIA For A Wile
If I look a littel tired it's becuz my Mommy haz bin up reel late into the dark this week.
A kupple months ago I won a raffle for an external hard drive. For the life of me I kant rememburr which of yoo fine kitties had this fundraiser but it wuz one of our CB fundraisers. Mommy wuz so prowd of me when I won. She sed "Echo! I will be able to back up all yur pictures and the pooter becuz I got a feelin sumthin izzint rite about it even tho Dell sez it's okay".
Well, shure enuf she turned on the pooter the other day and it sed "Help me, I'm sick" or sumthin like that. It showed her sum numbers and she Googled them and sed bad wurds. Then she sed...
"Hay Echo, whare is that hard drive yoo won? I gotta bak this thing up rite now!!!"
Yeah. Seriously. Like I knew whare it wuz.
But she fownd it and saved evrything. It jes took a reely long time.
The backup finally got done tonite and Daddy sat in his big chare with the fone to his eer for a vary long time waiting for sumone in India or whareever to tell him whut exactly is wrong with Mommys pooter. I reely like Dells custumer serviss becuz it gave Daddy lotsa time to cuddle me. I got all the hed skratchin I wantid and then sum!
Innyhow it turns out that Mommy wuz rite. The hard drive is sick.
So Dell is sending a new one. Mommy sez "Joy oh joy I git to reinstall evrything".
That's why we mite be kinda skairse over the next week or so. So dont panick. We will be bak. And most importintly...all my beautipuss pictures are safe!
O, is that tha hard drive you's winned from us? I hope so, it would make me so happy to know that it safed effurryfing fur yous.
Let me knows when you gets back online.
That's why you's should always haf a backup, at least of yours photos and bloggies an such. You's can't ever replace thems.

I am so glad your mom backed up your photos. Mom wasn't that smart and lost all of mine. We will miss you but glad to know everything will be okay!

You are lucky to have a mommy and daddy
that know what to do with them!
