Thotful Thursday: Stuff on My Mind
1. Many of yoo haff asked how Mommy is. She is doing okay but is still wateing to git her woound stitched up. I love haffing her heer all the time but I think she is getting bored. 2. Mommy found a FLEA on Tenny yesturday. We havvint bin outside so who knows how it got on her. But Mommy is taking it purrsonally, saying "No bugs are gonna bite on MY babies!!!" She pracktically ran to the fone to call Dr. Bobo and make an appointmint for Tenny to see him today. Now, fleas aren't emergencees but Tenny is overdoo for her yeerly checkup and shots anyhow. It wuz jes the shove Mommy needed to git Tenny to the vet. She tole me not to be surrpurrized if she brings home flea meddasin for me too!
3. My Grandpa Sam is coming home from a trip to Yurrip. He went to Paris and Rome and all over. My Grandpa Sam now haz more forin policy expurrience than Sarah Palin.
4. John McCane wants to suspend his kampane becuz of the budgit crisis? So as pressidint he will only be able to handle one crisis at a time? I am SO supporting Cheysuli.
5. I think my furrend Daisy is gitting a new housemate. She put a pitchur on her bloggy of this strange new cat yesturday and she has beautipuss eyes and I kant stop staring at them. I wood call her "Isis" becuz she looks so exotic. I kant wate to reed more!
6. Yesturday's Wordless Wensday pitchured me and my best manners. I wuz sittin on the barstool at the island in the kitchen eeting my fishy flakes. But do I walk on the island? Yoo betcha I doo. But not when I eet my fishy flakes. Mommy sez I gotta use manners fur that.
7. The best sope opra I've seen all week wuz the one whare Skeezix was wateing with Mr. Tasty Face for the bus to skool. Thare wuz hope, drama, danger and an unpredictably sad ending. Old Yeller diddint make me cry as much as Skeezy missing out on skool again. I hope he knows how much we all think of him, jes the way he is. He don't need fancy book lernin'!

I'm very glad to know your mom's doing okay, but you must be mistaken about her being bored - she could never be bored with you & Tenny around, Mr. Echo!
I hope that flea was just a fluke and there aren't any more!

yuks we hates the flea meds and run when maw brings it into the house. we know what it is just by the sound it makes being opened!! you have to learn these things in the cat world, huh.

I was very, very sad that Skeezy did not get to go to school this year, too. I was hoping that bus would show up!
Guess what? That strange cat is my new brother! His name is Harley. He does look very exotic with that fancy eyeliner. I have never had a brother before.

Gosh, your mind is weely furry busy wif so many impawtant fings. My inbuilt radar can detect flea tweetment from 50 paces. I haf it down to a fine art and miewmie gets furry frwustwated wif me !!

You made Meowmy crack up at her desk with that foreign policy stuff. Oh boy....that was hilarious. Anyhow, we once had 3 fleas. Talk about FREAK OUT. No idea how they came in either but I guess they can just come in on the humans. At least you didn't get immediately dunked- we did.

Fleas are not nice, so I've been told. I have never had one, or Mitzi. I think Livvie did when she lived in her other forever home.

Yoo haf to amember dat Mr Mccain is furry furry old, like my sisfur and will need lots of naps and eventually diapers. We laffed dat yoor grampa haf more forine polisee experienz den dat Palin lady, he prolly hafn't killed as many aminals as her tho. Oh, and our mom considers fleas an emerjencee...we almost lost baby kittens to fleas a couple years ago, dey will try to suck ALL of yoor blood out.

We were also quite taken with Daisy's new brother, Harley! He's going to be a big, beautiful Mancat one day! Mom also hates fleas! We've never had any since Mom brought us home and we hope we never get one! We sure hope your Mom gets her wound stitched up and heals up real soon!

That's the sweetest picture of you! My mommy laughed about your grandpa having more foreign policy experience than Sarah Palin. I hope Tenny's fleas leave to join a circus. I hope your mom gets all better very soon.
