Doc Echo's Update on Mommy
I want to bring yoo up to dayt on what is goin on wif Mommy. As yoo may know, Mommy had her Mike Rowe illeostomy reversed on August 11. Thay made it so she dont poop in a baggie innymore. The docktors also fixed a big hernia and cut off a bunch of skin cuz it jes hangs around. Oh and she duzzint haff a belly button no morr. The operayshun took about 5 hours but shs did just fine and it wuzzint long beeforr she wuz poopin like she did beeforr. Daddy sez she gits Skeezy-type sqwirts ickcept Skeezy dont git kyoot nursis to kleen them up.
One problem has been nightly fevers. She gits infeckshuns reel eezy so the docktors are beeing vary kareful and checkin fur germz and doing lotsa tests. Thay did kleen out one icky thing Monday and thay think that fixed it up.
Mostly Mommy feelz good. Her tummy is hurty but she has good drugs that make her see spottid mousies. If all goes well she will come home to me this weekend.
Grammy and me do our deevoshuns evryday and then she gives me treets. Not Toona. Not Temptaysun, but SALMON! She gotta get me a new fether toy cuz we done shreddid it.
Tenny keeps gittin lockt in Grammys klosit becuz she likes rollin in the lawndree.
Me and Tenny miss Mommy lots and she misses us too. We tried to git Daddy to put sum new pitchurs in her pooter for our bloggy but he messed it all up. But now she has her pooter and will be reeding lotsa kitty blogs in he next few days. Mommy even gots sum cards and posies too.

Oh we are sooooo glad that your mummy is doing well! She has gone through a lot, so give her extra snuggles when you see her.
At least she doesn't have to clean her belly button out any more he he!

Oh, your mom must be so happy that things are starting to work normally again! I am going to purr and purr for her until she is home and all better. I'll bet, once she is all healed up, that she will feel fantastic with the extra skin removed and the hernia repaired.

I am so sorry I haven't been able to come by more often! The computer sometimes doesn't like to visit certain bloggies, so it has been more difficult to come by and let you know that I am purring super hard for your mommy, and that I hope she does get to come home to you VERY soon.
Oh, and I also wanted to add that I would never had guessed Tenny is a heathen! It's a good thing your grandma has you to help her with her devotionals, Echo!
