In my yard is a tree.  I spent a lot of time in the window looking at it from afar.  But now that I get to go to the outtadoors on my harniss I can get bedder sniffs and looks at things.  The tree is the single biggist thing in my yard.  It is called a Bradfurd Pair.

Thare are birds in my tree.  When it is cold and the branchis are jes sticks I can see the birds.  But when it is warm and the leeves come out the birds haff a place to hide.  That meens I kant see them.  But I kno thay are thare.

See?

This is one of the flyin critters.  I think it lives in the willow tree in the skinnydippers yard.  It sings a pritty song.  I think this bird wood be a delishus dinner.  Sumtimes birds from the willow tree threten me when I sit in the window sill.  Izzint that dum?

Well, now I'm outside wif you birdy.  I kood jump up thare and make you go ded.  Hoos the big bad bird now?

Okay, bak to the tree...

I think I mite see sum birds rite now!  I see sumthin moovin around up thare.  I hope its not jes a leef.

If thare are birds I bet thay kno I'm down heer.  But thay wont fly down into my mouth.  I meen birds are dum.  Jes not that dum.  Thay dont wanna be an Echo snak.

Yoo kno what else?

This bark on this tree feels good.  I'm kinda diggin my claws into it.

Lets see what the other side feels like.  Mmmm.  I need to sniff it too.  Smells.  Like.  Bark.

Thank you tree for letting put my claws in you.   You make the shade and you look pritty in my yard too.  Yoo deserve a hug!

Hey I gots an ideea.  You don't suppose I kood...

Dig my front claws in...put one back foot on the tree and pull myself up!

But there's a problem.  I kant go vary high.   How ever will I get up thare and get the birds?
